With nearly 20 years of managing on average 30 companies across portfolios at a time, Beau has managed over $250M in growth capital and overseen multiple exits and acquisitions. He has built and sold several companies from the ground up, and has consulted Southwest Airlines, Nike, Google, Twitter (now X), Netflix, the World Expo, and early stage companies on unique growth strategies and beyond. He and his wife of 16+ years and 2 children reside in Colorado where they play in the mountains as much as possible.

With over $450M in growth capital managed and countless brands impacted by Los’ wisdom as a long term brand builder, real estate investor, Los is a consistently sought after speaker and consultant. Los resides in Orlando FL, and relishes his role as cheer dad and marriage to his spouse Laura for 17 years.

With four decades of experience leading full GC retail and restoration services, Jason has honed a strategic skill set tailored to protect assets and optimize building envelope services. Notable career highlights include building and selling four corporations, co-founding the American Policyholder Association, being voted Iowa Businessman of the Year in 2002, and achieving significant milestones such as contracting over 7,200 projects without appraisal or litigation, closed over $100 million in Florida HOA roof contracts in 2020. I’m also heavily involved with merger and acquisition for the past 10 years and have access to multiple financial platforms and multiple exit strategies.
