At 528, we begin by identifying one marketplace leader with deep domain expertise through a comprehensive interview process that leader is selected to work with our management team to build out a distinctly unique portfolio in their respective region. We then work with that leader to gather 7 applicants to go through our systematic approach to be acquired. Throughout the process we identify where each company can complement the entire portfolio the most, and then through one capital call close on all 7 at once generating immediate value for both sellers and investors at one time.

Beau Haralson
CEO
With nearly 20 years of managing on average 30 companies across portfolios at a time, Beau has managed over $250M in growth capital and overseen multiple exits and acquisitions. He has built and sold several companies from the ground up, and has consulted Southwest Airlines, Nike, Google, Twitter (now X), Netflix, the World Expo, and early stage companies on unique growth strategies and beyond. He and his wife of 16+ years and 2 children reside in Colorado where they play in the mountains as much as possible.
